Where is my data processed?
Oshu runs on European infrastructure and uses a European model provider. We don't send your content to third-party services outside that footprint.
Which languages does the chatbot speak?
The widget detects each visitor's language automatically and the assistant replies in the language of the question. You don't need to configure anything.
Why does an answer have no sources?
Citations only appear when an agent is attached to a library and the answer actually drew on it. If the library had nothing relevant, the agent will say so instead of guessing. Make sure citations are enabled on the agent and that the library finished indexing.
I updated my content but the bot still gives the old answer.
Re-sync the source. On the library, use Sync now on the source you changed; once it shows ready, new answers use the updated content.
Can one chatbot use several documents?
Yes. A library can hold many sources, and one library can be attached to several agents. Add all the documents you want to a library and attach it.
What's the difference between Base and Premium?
Base is the fast, economical default. Premium uses a stronger model for harder questions and draws more from your monthly message allowance per reply. Pick per agent on the agent form.
A visitor saw an error instead of an answer.
The most common causes are reaching your monthly message cap or an agent being paused after a downgrade. Check the Billing page for your usage, and the Agents list for any agent marked paused.
How do I remove the chatbot from my site?
Delete the embed snippet from your page, or delete the agent in the dashboard. Deleting an agent stops its embed and public page but keeps your conversation history and libraries.
How do I close my account?
Open Settings → Account. Closing your account deletes your data; invoices are retained only as long as the law requires.
