Plans and billing
Your plan sets how many agents you can run, how many messages they can answer each cycle, and how many pages of library content you can store. You can see your current usage any time on the Billing page in Settings.
What counts as usage
- Bots — the number of agents you have. Each plan includes a cap.
- Messages — one message is one reply an agent delivers. Only assistant replies count, and the counter is not reduced by deleting a conversation. A Premium reply draws more from the allowance than a Base reply.
- Library pages — the stored size of your libraries, measured in A4-equivalent pages.
The Billing page shows a meter for each so you always know where you stand in the current cycle.
Cycles
Your cycle renews on your signup anniversary each month — for example, if you signed up on the 12th, every cycle starts on the 12th. Allowances reset at the start of each cycle.
Upgrading and downgrading
Open Billing to compare plans and change yours. When you upgrade, the new limits apply right away. If you downgrade below what you're currently using, we tell you up front exactly what will be affected — for example, agents beyond the new bot cap are paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again or remove some. Your data is never deleted by a plan change.
The BYOK plan lets you bring your own model key: you pay your provider directly for usage, and in return your message and library limits are lifted. Custom plans are arranged with us for larger or specialised needs.
Education discount
Verified academic accounts receive a standing discount on eligible plans. The discount is reflected in the prices shown when your account is marked as educational.
Invoices and payment
Where self-serve billing is available you can manage your subscription and download invoices from the Billing page. For anything that isn't self-serve, our team handles it directly — reach us at hello@oshu.eu.
