Account and data
Settings → Account is where you manage your workspace, your credentials, and the self-serve data actions for GDPR. Everything destructive here is guarded so you don't trigger it by accident.
Workspace and account settings
From the Account page you can update your profile and billing details, change your email (confirmed from both the old and new inboxes), change your password, and set up two-factor authentication. You can also end your other active sessions. On plans that use your own keys, this is where you store your Mistral API key and an optional GitHub token for library sync.
Deleting your chat logs
The chat log deletion action wipes every stored conversation for your workspace at once — the GDPR right to erasure for your visitors' data. Because it can't be undone, it is type-to-confirm: you have to type your workspace name (or the literal word DELETE) before the button enables. Your agents, libraries, and settings are untouched; only the conversation logs are removed.
Closing your account
The danger zone holds account closure. Closing your account deletes your data; your billing identity and invoices are retained only as long as the law requires, and a deletion notice is sent. This is permanent.
Exporting your data
For portability, open the Conversations page and export your conversations as CSV or JSON. In the Quality section you can also export the knowledge-gap list as CSV.
Retention
Conversations are deleted automatically once they pass your workspace's configured retention window (12 months by default). Need a shorter window? Contact us and we'll set it for your workspace. For the bigger picture on hosting, sub-processors, and cookies, see Privacy and GDPR.
